I founded Dealer Intelligence Group after spending more than two decades leading dealership operations across the Southeast. My career wasn’t built in conference rooms or on sidelines — it was built inside stores, with full responsibility for performance, people, and profitability.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of managing high-volume rooftops, leading operational turnarounds, and building teams that consistently outperformed their markets. Those experiences taught me that sustainable success in a dealership doesn’t come from effort alone — it comes from clarity, structure, and disciplined execution.
Dealer Intelligence Group exists to bring that same operational clarity to other dealers.
